Recipes TL’s Homemade Soft Pretzels

  1. 1/2 cup warm water
  2. 1 packages active dry yeast
  3. 2 tbsp brown sugar
  4. 1 tsp salt ( we use sea salt)
  5. 4 cup all-purpose flour
  6. 2 cup warm water
  7. 2 tbsp baking soda
  8. 4 tbsp melted butter

Recipes TL’s Homemade Soft Pretzels

  1. Sprinkle yeast in the 1/2 glass hot water and stir to dissolve. Allow sit about ten min until foamy. Add brown sugar and stir in order to dissolve.

  2. Put yeast water into mixing dish. Add flour and salt and rub until dough is smooth and variable. Place in a greased bowl and include with towel. Let rise one hr.

  3. Consider the 2 glasses of warm water plus add baking soda. Stir to reduce.

  4. After dough has increased, pinch off pieces and roll straight into ropes and twist into pretzel forms. Dip into baking soda water plus ace on a greased sheet. Include and let rise half hour. Make at 400°F for ten minutes or even until golden brown.

  5. Melt butter and clean on top of pretzels and best with kosher salt or cinnamon glucose.
