Recipes Pickled Chicken (ACAR AYAM)

  1. 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  2. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  3. three or more onions, finely chopped
  4. 200 gr fried chicken, roughly shredded
  5. 100 ml water
  6. 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  7. 2 Tbsp bottled chili sauce
  8. 1 Tbsp ” lemon ” juice
  9. 1/2 tsp pepper
  10. 1 tsp salt
  11. ******
  12. 5 stalks spring onion, roughly chopped
  13. 1 tsp sesame seeds
  14. 300 gr silken tofu
  15. 1 stalk asparagus, cut in short pieces

Recipes Pickled Chicken (ACAR AYAM)

  1. Cut the silken tofu, fry within hot oil until browned and even more. Drain.

  2. PICKLED CHICKEN: saute onions and garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add water, chicken, asparagus plus other seasonings. Stir until smooth plus the water is running out.

  4. Before the stove is switched off, add the spring onions plus stir well.

  5. Place the fried tofu in a dish, then include the pickled chicken. Sprinkle sesame seed products on the top.
