Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoons additional virgin olive oil
  • 600g diced lamb
  • 2 leeks, trimmed, halved, sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 glass plain flour
  • 3 mugs Massel beef stock
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire spices
  • 400g kent pumpkin, peeled, cut into 2cm parts
  • 200g green coffee beans, trimmed, cut into 3cm measures
  • two tablespoons great jelly
  • one head cauliflower, cut straight into florets
  • 3 or more garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 20g butter, softened
  • Large pinch associated with ground nutmeg
  • Fresh great sprigs, to serve

Technique

  • Step 1 High temperature 1 tea spoon oil in a huge, heavy-based saucepan more than medium-high heat. Prepare lamb, in amounts, for 5 a few minutes or until browned. Transfer to the heatproof bowl.
