  1. 2/3 cup whipping cream
  2. 6 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, finely chopped
  3. 0.25 cup cashew paste
  4. 1 cup finely floor almonds, toasted
  5. 1/2 cup sifted confectioner’s sugar
  6. 3 tbsp brandy

  1. In a small saucepan, bring lotion to an over-heat medium low heat.

  2. Remove from heat; add dark chocolate and stir until melted. Combine dark chocolate mixture, confectiner’s sugar, almond paste, plus brandy within a medium bowl.

  3. Spread mixture in an 8 in . square glass baking dish. Cover plus refrigerate 1 hour or until company enough to shape.

  4. Making use of a melon baller or small tea spoon, shape into 1 inch balls; move in ground almonds. (I have folded some in sprinkles as well). Shop in airtight container in refrigerator.
