  1. 1 tbsp fast acting yeast
  2. 150 g rice flour
  3. 117 g potato flour
  4. two tsp xanthan gum
  5. .5 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  7. 170 ml warm coconut milk or milk products of choice
  8. 1 tsp essential olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to gas 6 and 200C / 400°F

  2. In the food mixer, blend together the candida, flours, xanthan gum and salt, after that slowly add the warm milk, glucose and oil in that order

  3. Mix on high for two minutes – if dough is as well stiff add a little water till it resembles bread dough

  4. Grease a 12 inch pizza skillet and sprinkle with extra flour just before shaping the dough onto it. Depart a bit of a lip circular the side to hold within the leading

  5. Bake for 10 : 15 minutes, then add your leading and bake for another 15 a few minutes

  6. I personally use my tomato-free ‘tomato’ sauce recipe (please look it upward! ) then top with sliced crimson onions, sweet peppers, spinach, sweetcorn, springtime onions, fried onions etc then I actually make a cheese style sauce through nutritional yeast for over the veggies. The children love it!
