  1. just one kg fagiolini (green stringbeans)
  2. 1 tbsp sea salt
  3. three or more tbsp extra virgin mobile essential olive oil
  4. 1 juice of half lemon
  5. 1 salt in addition to pepper, to taste

  1. Bring a large pot of drinking water towards the boil. Add salt and place the fagiolini. Let it boil. Convert down to the medium heat whenever boiling. Cover with a lid making it just slightly ajar.

  2. Cook for 30-35 minutes stirring every single 5 minutes. Spoon into the portion dish when done. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season along with salt and pepper and toss in order to coat.

  3. Serve warm or even cold. Share and luxuriate in.
