  1. 500 gr white rice
  2. 3 pcs cabbage, sliced roughly
  3. 1 egg, make scrambled
  4. 3/4 tsp sugar
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1/4 tsp flavoring (optional)
  7. Oil for frying
  8. GROUND SPICES
  9. 3 cloves garlic
  10. 5 shallots
  11. 7 cayenne peppers
  12. 1 tomato
  13. 2 pcs candlenut, toasted
  14. 1/2 tsp shrimp paste, roasted
  15. SUPPLEMENTARY
  16. 2 chicken thighs, fried and shredded
  17. 2 tbsp fried onions for topping
  18. 1 leek, cut into ½ cm pieces
  19. 1 tomato, chopped
  20. Cucumber taste, cut into smaller pieces

  1. Heat oil and saute ground spices until fragrant. Add the white rice, stirring until blended.

  2. Add in cabbage, scrambled eggs, sugar, salt and flavorings. Stir again, let the cabbage slightly wilt.

  3. Serve the fried rice with complementary ingredients.
