  1. ribs
  2. 4 1/2 lb . pork spareribs
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/4 tsp ground black self defense
  5. bourbon sauce
  6. 200 ml bourbon
  7. 1/4 cup sweetie, I used orange bloom honey
  8. just one tbsp dry out mustard
  9. just one tbsp red onion powder
  10. just one tsp granulated garlic sauce
  11. 1/3 cup Heinz tomato ketchup
  12. 1/4 tsp salt
  13. 1/4 tsp ground sage
  14. 1/2 stick butter
  15. .25 tsp surface black pepper
  16. 1/3 cup dark brown sugar

  1. Preheat oven 375 Fahrenheit

  2. Remove silver skin membrane layer from ribs. Rinse the ribs and dry. Include salt and pepper. Place in oven. For a good hour 30 minutes

  3. In a pot warmth butter. Add honey, dried out mustard, ketchup, onion natural powder, garlic, sage, salt, plus pepper. Bring to the simmer.

  4. Simmer 7 minutes. Add sugars, then add bourbon. Simmer 5 mins stirring constantly. Simmer a quarter-hour stirring occasionally.

  5. When ribs are carried out. Let rest 5 moments. Slice serve with spices on or to the side. Hope you take pleasure in!
