Recipes Almond Cream

  1. 2 package unflavored gelatin
  2. 1/2 mug water
  3. 3 cup whipping cream
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 4 ovum, beaten
  6. 1 tsp (I put in a little extra) almond extract
  7. one *optional* garnish- chocolate curls and/or raspberries

Recipes Almond Cream

  1. In a saucepan sprinkle gelatin over water. Let stand 1 minute.

  2. Stir in cream and sugar. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, or until gelatin is dissolved.

  3. Remove from heat. Add hot mixture into eggs a little at a time.

  4. Return all to the pan, stirring constantly. Cook and stir over medium heat, until a thermometer reads 160°F.

  5. DO NOT BOIL! remove from heat. Stir in almond extract.

  6. Pour into dessert dishes. Refrigerate until set.

  7. Add garnish if desired.
