Recipes Rice Omelet

  1. 3-4 cups hot cooked rice
  2. 50-100 g chicken breast (cut into bite sized pieces)
  3. 1/4 onion (chopped)
  4. 1/2 cup carrot tops (chopped)
  5. 20 g butter
  6. 150 cc water
  7. 3-4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  8. 1 bouillon cube
  9. 2 tsp sugar
  10. 3 eggs (beaten)
  11. 1 tbsp milk (mix with beaten eggs)
  12. 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  13. salt and pepper

Recipes Rice Omelet

  1. Melt butter in a pan plus stir fry chicken, onion, carrot surfaces till the chicken is just cooked.

  2. Add water, ketchup, bouillon, sugar and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently till the liquid is almost gone.

  3. Add the cooked rice plus stir fry and mix. Season along with salt and pepper. Arrange within the dish.

  4. Heat the oil within another pan with high heat. Put in the beaten egg (with milk) and cook the egg to preferred doneness by shaking the pan. Best using the egg over the rice. Place ketchup on top.
