  1. 1 packet Zakkoku or mixed-grain combination for cooking with rice
  2. 360 cubic centimeters Uncooked white rice
  3. half of Japanese sweet potato
  4. you pinch Salt
  5. 1 to finish Gomashio (sesame salt)

  1. Peel the sweet potato, cut directly into bite sized pieces, and put inside a bowl of water.

  2. Rinse the grain, put into the plate of the grain cooker, add water to the 2 glass level, and leave to soak.

  3. Add the mixed grains.

  4. Add a new pinch of salt, mix lightly, place the sweet potato pieces on leading and switch on the cooker.

  5. When is actually cooked, transfer to rice bowls, mix with some sesame salt and appreciate!
