  6. 1/2 Scotch Bonnet chilli spice up, deseeded

  10. 6 moderate skinless, boneless chicken chests, diced
  11. two onions, cut
  12. 1 small butternut lead pages, diced
  13. one large aubergine / eggplant, diced

  15. one ripe manga, peeled and diced
  16. 1 ripe papaya, peeled plus diced
  17. four hundred ml complete fat canned coconut dairy
  18. 300 milliliters good poultry stock
  19. 0.5 tbsp tamarind paste
  20. a few bay results in
  21. 1 juice of a split lime

  1. Put the spice ingredients into some sort of grinder or use a pestle together with mortar to bash them into some sort of paste. Set aside

  2. Set half of the oil into some sort of large pot over a medium heating and brown off of the chopped chicken

  3. Transfer the cooked chicken to be able to a plate and set aside included with foil
