  1. 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  2. 1 egg yolk
  3. 2 tbsp cream or half and half
  4. 9 tbsp chocolate chips
  5. 1 flour, with regard to rolling pastry

  1. on gently floured surface, roll away puff pastry slightly in order to a 12″ square. reduce into 9 equal items.
