  1. 1 kg bread flour
  2. 15 grams yeast
  3. thirty grams sugars
  4. 1 egg
  5. 30 whitened butter
  6. 620 ml drinking water
  7. 30 grms salt

  1. In stand mixture, all dry substances in, slowly blend and add normal water slowly.. may be not use most water, check dough not too gross, whether it stick add little flour, or perhaps mix by hand, shift all dried ingredients on clean surface, or work with large bowl, add water mix and knead until well coperate. I couldnt prove my yeast, hope mine is definitely alive: )

  2. Now in clean surface, dust some flour, take your dough to cut into 600 grams for big soft baguette, one hundred sixty grams for giant burgers buns, a hundred and ten grams for small soft baguette intended for your sandwiches buns.. cover all bits with clean cloth.

  3. Take one to be able to typically the surface, form the bun, baguette.. hahaha.. help it become round or shape to baguett.. and lay on baking tray, (coated with butter and flour ), handle with clean cloth, let it climb to double size, approximately 3 several hours

  4. Prepare on medium at 160c or 325°F.. about 15 mins or until light source brown above.., for burger buns, an individual need egg wash ( 1 egg) softly brush above, add sesame plant seeds.
