  1. 4 eggs
  2. 1 few slices of serrano ham or sausage
  3. 4 fresh green asparagus
  4. 100 g peas
  5. 2 garlic cloves
  6. olive oil
  7. salt

  1. Finely slice the garlic clove cloves and fry in two tbsp olive oil in the strong earthenware casserole dish

  2. Cut the particular ham into cubes and include to the casserole dish — sauté for 5 mins more than a low heat

  3. Wash the asparagus pieces and remove any tough ends leaving only the sensitive shoots Рcut these in to pieces about 3 cms lengthy and add to the casserole dish Рsaut̩ for the further 5 mins Рtime of year with salt

  4. Add the peas in order to the casserole dish cover with a little water and simmer till the peas are almost prepared (5 mins or a small longer if using frozen peas)

  5. Lastly break the eggs whole in to the casserole dish and keep over the heat until the particular eggs are cooked
