  1. 2 cup Flour
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  4. 3/4 cup water (warm)
  5. 2 tsp vegetable oil

Recipes Tortillas

  1. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder.

  2. In a separate bowl: combine water and the oil.

  3. Slowly add the water mixture to the dry mixture. Mix as you go.

  4. Lightly flour a cutting board: kneed the dough.

  5. Cover dough. Let sit for 20 minutes.

  6. Break dough into 8 balls. Let sit for ten minutes.

  7. On a floured surface: roll the dough flat. (From the center out)

  8. On a low / medium heated pan, cook the tortillas for about a minute. Check the tortilla and watch the bubbles start to form.

  9. Flip. Once this is done–repeat for the remaining tortillas.

  10. Enjoy.
