  1. 500 grms lean braising steak, diced
  2. 2 onions, diced or even sliced
  3. 2 carrots, diced or sliced
  4. 2 huge handfuls of peas
  5. 500 ml beef stock
  6. 1 clove chopped garlic
  7. 2 tbsp tomato puree/paste
  8. 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce, see below to get a gluten-free recipe
  9. 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  10. 1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
  11. 1 bay leaf
  12. 2 tbsp cornflour/cornstarch mixed with a tiny cold water
  13. salt
