Ingredients

  • 120ml extra virgin mobile olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, very finely sliced up
  • one bird�s-eye chilli, seeded, finely chopped
  • 300g grape tomato vegetables, halved
  • 50g tomato insert
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) dry white wines
  • 150g Blu Gourmet Gem Couscous (see note)
  • 2 x 250g pieces yellowfin tuna
  • two small calamari tubes, lower into bands
  • 300g clams, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup small basil simply leaves

Technique

  • Step one Heat 80ml (1/3 cup) oil within a baking pan over low�medium temperature. Add garlic clove and chilli, and prepare for one minute or until smooth. Add tomato vegetables, tomato paste and one teaspoon sodium, and cook for two minutes or even until tomatoes soften somewhat. Add wines and simmer for five minutes or even until reduced by fifty percent. Add couscous and 310ml (1/4 cups) boiling drinking water. Simmer for 10 mins or till couscous is tender.
  • Step two In the mean time, brush tuna with 1 tablespoon essential oil. Season both edges with salt plus pepper. Heat the heavy-based frying skillet over high temperature plus cook tuna regarding 1 minute every side for medium�rare. Transfer to some plate.
  • Step three Increase remaining 1 tea spoon oil and calamari to pan plus stir for one minute or till opaque. Remove through pan. Add clams and 60ml (1/4 cup) water in order to pan. Cover plus cook for three or more minutes or till clams open.
  • Step 4 Reduce tuna into sectors. Add calamari plus basil to the particular couscous mixture plus stir to mix. Strain clams via a fine filter into the couscous mixture. Divide the particular couscous mixture, tuna and clams amongst bowls, and assist.
