  1. 1 boneless pork butt
  2. 1/2 bright onion
  3. sauce
  4. 1/2 red onion
  5. 1 nip cloves
  6. 1/2 tbsp garlic salt
  7. 1 tsp salt
  8. 1 tsp chicken bullion
  9. 1 tsp cumin
  10. some clove garlic herb
  11. 3 new mexico dried up chilies
  12. some guajillo dried up chillies
  13. just one ancho dried up chilies
  14. a couple of cup normal water
  15. 2 teaspoon corn olive oil
  16. 1 bayleaf

  1. NOTE: your recipe will cook more time depending on your pork meat dimension and cook time

  2. begin by boiling your pork buts upon high heat with garlic salt plus 1/2 onion put a lid upon pot so it will cook faster. once done shred apart but conserve 1cup of water from meat

  3. boil with 2cups water along with 1/2onion garlic cloves and you will need to cut off tops of dried chiles take out seeds n veins add to pot and boil for 10minutes med-high heat

  4. once your own chilies are cooked add all components minus oil, and bayleaf into blender add 1-2cups water from chilies plus blend well taste for seasonings.

  5. add corn oil to the pan once heated add sauce to oil, strain if you would like smoother sauce cook on med heat add bayleaf, plus add 1/2 cup to 1cup pork juice and cook for 20minutes

  6. now add your meat plus cook another 20minutes
