Recipes Strawberry Cheesecake Layer Cake

  1. CHOCOLATE DESSERT BASE
  2. a single cup all-purpose flour
  3. 1/4 cup plus a couple of tablespoons unsweetened cocoa dust
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda pop
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, dissolved warm butter
  7. 1/4 cup light brown sugar, jam-packed
  8. 2 large eggs
  9. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  10. 1/2 cup hot water
  11. BLOOD CHEESECAKE LAYER
  12. 8 oz cream cheese, at area temperature
  13. .25 cup granulated sugar
  14. just one cup complete strawberries, stems removed
  15. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  16. 1 cup heavy whipping ointment, cold
  17. .25 cup confectioner’s sugar
  18. WHIPPED CREAM LEADING
  19. 1 recipe Stabalized Pulled Cream, 17recipe attached inside direction step #17
  20. DECORATION
  21. fresh strawberries
  22. 2 tbsp choclate shavings

Recipes Strawberry Cheesecake Layer Cake

  1. MAKE CAKE

  2. Preheat oven to 350. Spray bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan with bakers, spray. Line bottom of pan with parchment paper, spray parchment with bakers spray

  3. Whisk in a bowl the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt

  4. In another large bowl mix melted butter with brown sugar using a rubber spatula until blended

  5. Add the eggs and vanilla and blend in

  6. Add the flour/cocoa mixture all at once and stir until moistened

  7. Pour hot water over the top and blend in, just until smooth

  8. Pour batter into prepared pan, place pan on foil lined baking sheet and bake about 28 to 34 minutes until a toothpick comes out just clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan then run a thin knife around edges and realease sides of springform pan. Cool completely on rack. Clean and dry springform pan sides to use in next step for molding strawberry and cream layers

  9. MAKE STRAWBERRY CHEESE CAKE LAYER

  10. Slice strawberries abd puree in food processor or blender

  11. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth, beat in strawberry puree

  12. Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add confectioner’s sugar and beat just until it holds its shape

  13. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture in 3 additions until just combined

  14. Place cooled cake on work surface. Return sides of sprinform pan on cake and lock

  15. Mound cheesecake into pan on top of cake and smooth it with offset spatula. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before adding cream layer

  16. ADD WHIPPED CREAM TOPPUNG

  17. Spread on top of strawberry layer, smootj in top with off set spstula. Return to refrigerator fo at least 6 hours before carefully running a thin knife around pan and releasing sides

  18. Garnish with fresh strawberries and chocolate shavings
