  • 1kg butternut pumpkin, peeled, cut into 2 . 5cm pieces

  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon new marjoram leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped new flat-leaf parsley leaves

Method

  • Stage 1

    Preheat oven to 220�C/200�C fan-forced. Collection a baking tray with baking paper. Place pumpkin on prepared tray.
