  1. 300 gr white rice
  2. 1 egg, beaten, then fried plus scrambled
  3. 4 shallots, thinly sliced
  4. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  5. 1 candlenut, shaved/puree
  6. 1/2 tsp floor pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp dried out shrimp paste, toasted
  8. 1 tsp sweet soy sauce
  9. to flavor Salt
  10. Essential oil for frying
  11. SPRINKLED GARNISH:
  12. 10 gr anchovies, fried
  13. 5 cayenne peppers (to taste), thinly sliced

  1. Saute garlic herb, shallots and candlenut right up until fragrant. Add white hemp and egg, stir in brief.
