Recipes Pepperoni and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  1. 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken chests
  2. 8 oz Provolone parmesan cheese
  3. 30 to 35 slices of pepperoni
  4. 1 tsp Sriracha seasoning salt blend, plus even more for seasoning chicken
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper, plus more with regard to seasoning chicken
  6. 1/2 cup fresh grated romano cheese
  7. 1/4 mug all-purpose flour
  8. 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  9. 1 tbsp olive oil
  10. 1/4 mug low sodium chicken broth
  11. 1 recipe of the Marinara Sauce recipe attached in stage #10, or your favorite
  12. GARNISH
  13. 1/4 cup combined chopped fresh herbs, zi used basil, parsley and chives

Recipes Pepperoni and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  1. Pound chicken into 6- 1/4 inches thick cutlets. Sprinkle with pepper and sriracha seasoning

  2. Cover cheese with pepperoni pieces

  3. Set slices of provolone cheese on each and every chicken cutlet

  4. Fold over both sides and secure with toothpicks

  5. Combine on a platter, flour, romano cheese, italian seasoning, the particular teaspoon of sriracha and 1/2 tea spoons pepper, mix well

  6. Roll each chicken spin in flour mix to dry and lightly coat

  7. Heat oil in a good sized skillet, brown chicken rolls on most sides

  8. Cover skillet and cook on lower heat for 15 to 20 mins, keeping covered and not adding any kind of liquid

  9. Remove chicken to serving plate, include chicken broth to skillet chicken was initially cooked in, scraping up all mozzarella cheese and brown bits and whisking all of them into the broth

  10. , Add about 1/2 glasses Marinara Sauce, recipe attached below, in order to broth and simmer until hot and well mixed, stir in fresh herbal treatments

  11. Serve Chicken with sauce, remove toothpicks before offering. Serve with pasta or crusty loaf of bread.
