Recipes Warm Vegetable Soup

  1. 6 large carrots
  2. five small taters
  3. 350 grms frozen peas
  4. 300 grms sweet hammer toe
  5. 500 grms crushed tomato vegetables
  6. 2 clove garlic
  7. 1 yellow onion
  8. Seasoning
  9. 1 pinch sugar
  10. 1 curry powder, salt, pepper, parsley, smoked paprika, basil, rosemary, cayenne pepper
  11. 1 share cube
  12. one bay tea leaf

Recipes Warm Vegetable Soup

  1. Wash, peel and roughly chop celery, onions, garlic and potatoes

  2. Heat oil in a big container over medium high heat. Saut red onion and carrots until fragrant

  3. Next, add garlic, the bay leaf and potatoes. Saut for a moment or so before adding enough drinking water to submerge vegetables. Provide for a steam

  4. Cover having a lid plus let simmer for about 20 mins, stirring every now and then

  5. Then, add crushed tomatoes, peas, corn and seasoning. Simmer, covered, till potatoes and carrots are fork sensitive

  6. Serve warm with the splash of tabasco
