Recipes Butternut squash, pecan saut

  1. 2 a quarter lb butternut squash
  2. a couple of tbsp butter
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  5. 1 little ground cinnamon
  6. 1 tbsp honey
  7. 1 cup pecans

Recipes Butternut squash, pecan saut

  1. Toast the pecans and set apart.

  2. Peel off and slice the butternut squash.

  3. Heat the pan melt butter. Add the squash and saut, 5 minutes. Add cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well saut for a couple of minutes, till squash is sensitive, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add pecans and honey integrate well.

  5. After 2 minutes, remove from high temperature, let sit 5 minutes. Serve wish you enjoy!
