Recipes Sig’s Bloody Mary and Pomegranate Prawn Cocktail

  1. 500 ml tomato juice (I make use of pasata)
  2. two tbsp placed best tomato ketchup,
  3. 3 limes, freshly squeezed with regard to juice
  4. two tbsp grey goose
  5. 4 tbsp pomegranate fruit juice or 2 oranges newly squeezed for juice
  6. 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  7. 1 tbsp Tobasco Sauce
  8. 300 grams cooked prawns
  9. 300 grams fresh scallops diced, optional
  10. 0.5 cucumber, diced
  11. 8 cherry tomatoes, quadrigeminal
  12. 1 few pomegranate seed products
  13. 1/2 habanero chilli, deseeded finely chopped (optional)
  14. 2 baby gem lettuce disposed
  15. 1 few diced melons, optional

  1. Mix tomato juice, ketchup, pomegranate or orange and lime juice, vodka, worcestersauce, tabasco,
    salt and pepper in a jug. Try and get a good mix of firy pep and saltiness, with the fruit juices managing everything. Add the scallops, in case using them chill in refrigerator so that the citrus fruit juices cook (pickle) the scallops.

  2. For the salad

  3. Cut cucumber in half lengthways and scoop out seeds with tea spoon, dice the cucumber into small cubes. Cut melon into small cubes, add prawns and tomato vegetables.. Put a small layer associated with lettuce in bottom of six glasses and add salad scatter over the pomegranate seeds. Put over the chilli tomato sauce. Either serve salted crackers or buttered brown bread..
