  1. 8 Bell Peppers, any color
  2. 1 lb Ground Pork
  3. 1 lb Ground Beef
  4. 1 cup White rice, cooked
  5. 2 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
  6. 2 large Yellow Onions, chopped
  7. 3 clove Garlic clove, chopped
  8. 1 cup Dry White wine or Chicken stock
  9. 1 can Tomato paste 8oz
  10. 2 packages Feta parmesan cheese 4oz.
  11. 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh chopped
  12. 2 tbsp Greek Oregano, fresh chopped
  13. 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh chopped
  14. 1 cup Kalamata Olives, chopped
  15. 2 cup Mozzarella, shredded
  16. 1 Cinnamon stick
