Recipes Spanish Lamb Casserole

  1. 1 kilogram lamb chops ( slash into pieces)
  2. 100 ml olive oil
  3. 6 carrots peeled and sliced
  4. 3 large tomatoes sliced
  5. 1 onions chopped
  6. 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  7. 4 cloves garlic
  8. 2 bay retains
  9. salt and pepper
  10. you tsp paprika
  11. 300 cubic centimeters white wine
  12. 1 green peppers cut into slender strips

Recipes Spanish Lamb Casserole

  1. Pour the oil into a deep roasting tin.

  2. Place a layer of the sliced potatoes on the bottom then follow this with a layer of onion and then sliced tomato.

  3. Place the meat on top then cover with the strips of green pepper, whole garlic cloves (not peeled), chopped parsley and bay leaves finally topping with another layer of sliced potatoes and tomatoes – sprinkle over the paprika and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Pour the white wine over everything and place the casserole dish in a preheated oven (180 degrees) and cook for approximately 2 hours until the meat is well cooked.
