Recipes Blondie’s Mom’s Bucky Badger Balls

  1. quarter cup packed brown-sugar
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 1 tbsp vanilla extract (I work with extra)
  4. 1 cup chopped almonds, toasted and even cooled
  5. 12 oz chocolate chips
  6. a couple of cup sifted flour
  7. 1/2 lb (2 sticks) butter, softened
  8. 1 confectioners’ sweets

Recipes Blondie’s Mom’s Bucky Badger Balls

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugars, and cream them together until fluffy.

  3. Beat in the vanilla, then stir in the almonds and chocolate chips.

  4. Add the flour, and knead the dough with your fingers until the flour is incorporated.

  5. Roll the dough into 1 inch thick balls, and place them on ungreased cookie sheets.

  6. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes.

  7. Cool them slightly on the baking sheet, then roll them in confectioners’ sugar.

  8. Cool the cookies completely, and store them in an airtight tin.
