  6. 2 clove garlic, finely sliced
  7. 1 red chilli, finely diced in order to taste
  8. 1 small lot (handful) fresh coriander, chopped
  9. 1 lot spring onions / scallions, finely sliced
  10. 1 squeeze of lime juice
