Recipes Chicken/ Shrimp Pot Stickers and Ginger Dipping Sauce

  1. 4 chicken thighs… I prefer rooster thighs because they tend to include more flavor. So i eliminate the epidermis and debone.

  9. 2 tbsp soy marinade
  10. 1 egg lightly outdone
  11. 1 tsp cornstarch
  12. a couple of clove garlic, minced
  13. a single **** 1/8 tsp dark-colored pepper
  14. 1 packages regarding shui wrappers… can use wonton packages but they r thicker
  15. Dipping Sauce
  16. 2 sections green onion, chopped
  17. 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  18. 1 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  19. a couple of dash red pepper flakes

  1. In a food processor add chicken breast (OR SHRIMP), housin sauce, mustard, mushrooms, chili sauce, pepper, garlic and red onion. process until blended. The reason that will I do not mince items seperately is that the processing them collectively assures the consistency.

  11. these dumplings may also be fried…. put essential oil in a non stick skillet and cook until golden. ensure dumplings are usually in a single layer. put the half cup of water in the particular skillet… cook for 5-7 minutes till water is absorbed.
