Recipes Zucchini Mushroom Rice Skillet

  1. 2 tbsp olive oil
  2. 2 cup fresh thick sliced button mushrooms
  3. 4 fresh shiïtaki mushroom caps ( quartered )
  4. 7 oz thick sliced yellow squash
  5. 7 oz thick sliced zucchini
  6. 1 small onion medium thick sliced
  7. 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  8. 2 cup low sodium broth or water (any kind)
  9. 1/4 cup instant dry rice
  10. 1/2 tsp lemon pepper

Recipes Zucchini Mushroom Rice Skillet

  1. In a large skillet heat essential oil.

  2. Add onion, mushrooms plus garlic. Sautee until crisp tender.

  3. Add broth/water, soy sauce, lemon pepper and zucchini

  4. Provide to a boil.

  5. Put rice and stir well. Boil till 3/4 from the liquid is gone. Mixing occasionally.

  6. Cover and simmer for 5 moments undisturbed.

  7. Turn off heat and remove cover. Let stand 5 minutes more uninterrupted.

  8. Fluff and serve very hot.

  9. Take pleasure in!

  10. Acts 4 as a side or acts 2 as a meal.

  11. Easily add steak or chicken in order to first saute… to make it the meal.
