Recipes Creamy Chicken Pasta

  1. 1 clove crushed garlic
  2. 2 tbsp oil
  3. 1/4 onion, chopped
  4. 1/2 chicken breast, chopped up in slices
  5. 2 big mushrooms
  6. 1 cup chicken stock
  7. 3 tbsp cream fraiche
  8. 1 cup frozen peas
  9. 1 packages fresh pasta, or you can make your own. I use tri-colour fettuccine from the chilled section from the supermarket
  10. 1 grated parmesan cheese, to taste

  1. Heat olive oil in fry pan about medium heat on range top, add garlic and red onion to soften.
