Recipes Roasted Carrots

  1. 2 tbsp oil (I use excess virgin olive oil, but my good friend who causes this also, uses walnut oil)
  2. 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  3. 1 tsp ground coriander
  4. 1 salt to flavour
  5. 1 pepper to flavour
  6. 16 small to low to medium carrots (about 1/2 pounds), trimmed, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
  7. you tbsp fresh thyme retains

Recipes Roasted Carrots

  1. Preheat oven to 475°.

  2. Toss carrots with the oil, coriander, cinnamon, a light dusting of salt and pepper and the thyme results in.

  3. Spread onto a biscuit sheet and roast 10 to fifteen minutes or until just tender. (I prefer mine a little softer, and so i roast mine longer. )

  4. *These go along nicely if if you’re making a roast. *
