Recipes Vegetable Tian

  1. 1 tbsp olive oil
  2. 1 every medium yellow onion
  3. just one tsp minced garlic
  4. just one each medium zucchini
  5. just one each medium yellow lead capture pages
  6. 1 each medium spud (optional)
  7. 1 each moderate tomato
  8. 1 tsp dried up thyme (I opted for Italian seasoning)
  9. 1 plenty of salt and pepper (to taste)
  10. 1 mug shredded italian cheese (I used colby jack and mozzerella)

Recipes Vegetable Tian

  1. Preheat oven to 400F (180 degrees C). Finely chop the onion and mince typically the garlic. Sauteed both in typically the extra virgin olive oil on medium heat intended for about five minutes (or until softened).

  2. When the onions and garlic happen to be working, thinly slice the rest of the vegetables.

  3. Spray the inside of an 8×8 square or round baking dish with non-stick spray. Spread the onion and garlic on bottom of dish and place the thinly sliced vegetables vertically, in an alternating pattern. Sprinkle generously with salt, pepper and thyme.

  4. Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. (This is where the potato effects the dish. If you use the potato, I’d increase baking time to 45 mins. If you don’t add potato, keep it at 30 minutes. ) Remove foil and add shredded cheese. Return to oven for another 15 – 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. (I have had no luck with this so thinking about broiling for a minute or so next time. )

  5. Serve and enjoy!
