  1. COCONUT DESSERT
  2. 1 FOR THE COCONUT CAKE

  4. 1/2 glass coconut whole milk
  5. 3 tbsp sjredded sweetened coconut
  6. just one cup dissolved butter
  7. just one cup granulated sugar
  8. just one tsp 1/8 salt
  9. a couple of cup multi-purpose flour
  10. some tsp making cookies powder
  11. COCONUT BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
  12. 8 ounces unsalted spread, at room temperature ( 2 sticks )
  13. 4 cup confectioners sugar
  14. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  15. 1/4 cup coconut milk
  16. COCONUT TOPPING
  17. 6th cup destroyed sweetened coconut
  18. food colouring, as many or tiny colors as wanted. I actually used four colors for this cake as discussed in direction step #14

  1. MAKE DESSERT

  2. Preheat cooker to 350. Grease a couple of 9 inche cake pots and pans.

  3. Add 3 of the tablespoons shredded coconut for the coconut milk and established aside to soak

  14. In some small bowls add just one tablesppn water add droplets of food color to be able to each bowl, one decline is enough for major colors add more to be able to darken or change shades. Add 1 cup coconut to each plate of shade and mix well. End up on to plate to be able to dry a lttle bit. Decorate dessert with colored coconut.
