Recipes Crispy Green Salad

  1. 1 tomato (cut into 8 equal parts)
  2. 2 bunches mizuna/potherb mustard (cut into 3 cm length)
  3. 5 leaves lettuce (tear into pieces)
  4. 1/2 cucumber (thinly shredded)
  5. 1/2 bunch spaghetti (cut into short pieces, pan fry with a little oil for 10~20 seconds)
  6. to taste mayonnaise
  7. DRESSING: (mixed in advance)
  8. 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  9. 2 Tbsp vinegar
  10. 1 Tbsp mirin
  11. 1 tsp sugar
  12. 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  13. 1 Tbsp dashi (if you have)

Recipes Crispy Green Salad

  1. Combine mizuna, half the lettuce, cucumber, pan fried spaghetti, and dressing in a large bowl.

  2. Arrange the other half lettuce on a serving plate and put the mixture (step 1) along with the tomato on top. Spread mayonnaise over them.
