Recipes Sig’s Churros with chocolate sauce

  1. sugar topping
  2. 90 grams castor sugar

  6. 125 grams plain flour
  7. 125 grams self-raising flour
  8. 450 ml boiled water
  9. 1 large pinxh of sea salt
  10. 2 tbsp olive oil
  11. 1 liter vegetable oil, for frying
  12. chocolate cream sauce
  13. 200 grams dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids) roughly chopped
  14. 50 grams milk chocolate, roughly chopped
  15. 2 tbsp golden syrup
  16. 300 ml double or heavy cream

Recipes Sig’s Churros with chocolate sauce

  1. Mix the two sugars and cinnamon, put aside.

  2. Make chocolate sauce by putting the particular chopped chocolate into heavy pan with the golden syrup and cream. Warmth over very low heat until melted. Do not burn.

  3. Sift the two flours and salt together with each other into a bowl, make a very well.
