  1. 105 grams cake flour
  2. 30 grams honey (for moist donuts! )
  3. 5 grams aluminum-free baking powder
  4. 1 dash salt
  5. 12 grams skim milk powder
  6. 60 grams plain yogurt
  7. 30 grams milk (soy milk will result in a dense finish)
  8. 1 egg
  9. To Taste;
  10. as needed sweet toppings
  11. as needed cheese, corn, and parsley for savory doughnuts

  1. Combine the ingredients and spoon or squeeze (with a pastry bag) the batter into the silicone donut mold.

  2. Lightly bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Adjust to your oven.

  3. Be careful not to over-bake it. The dough with become tough. Bake it for less time than usual baked donuts.

  4. Serve while it’s fluffy and freshly baked.

  5. It’s an oil-free dough, so using a larger mold with a generous amount of batter will probably make it a fluffier donut.

  6. The honey is indispensable to give these the proper texture. I don’t recommend reducing it by much.

  7. This one was cut in half like a bagel and filled with raw vegetables!! It’s crispy and delicious.
