  1. 2 tbsp grated parmesian with basil and oregano (see photo)
  2. 6 cup 2-3 inch cubed italian seasoned bread
  3. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  1. preheat oven to 350°F

  2. utilizing a pastry brush.. brush a skinny layer of olive oil about cookie sheet, or foil/parchment layered cookie sheet.

  3. spread out bread cube in a single layer.

  4. brush top of dé with additional olive oil in a new thin layer.

  5. applying a shaker or ?nternet site do( use my sifter) and mix cheese all over the loaf of bread cubes.

  6. toss loaf of bread cubes in pan to have the rest of parm on cubes.. replace in single level..

  7. make 15-20 minutes tossing every a few minutes. until cubes are crispy andd browned nicely or until desired doneness..

  8. allow cool and serve on soups. or store in air restricted container.

  9. enjoy!
