Recipes Mike’s Hatch Green Chilie Dip

  1. ° Peel your Hatch Green Chilies and remove about 95% of the particular seeds and chop. Do not wash it out chilies. ° Authors Note: I’ve certainly not tried this dish with canned alternative chilies, only roasted Hatch Chilies. Although, I’d imagine in a pinch, a single cup canned – chopped chilies may well work.

  2. Mix together all ingredients and high temperature in the microwave just and soon you could blend it all well by palm.

  3. Intended for presentation purposes, bake this spicy drop [350° for 25 minutes or even until bubbling] in the offering dishes you would like to serve your guests found in. Individual ramakins or small cast flat iron skillets work well. Or, a huge, oven safe bowl if you’re offering your guests communally.

  4. Experts Notes: This dip also goes good on grilled cheese sandwiches and burgers. ° Serve with tortilla chips and even lime wedges to the side. Ornament with fresh Cilantro. Enjoy!
