Recipes Braised Pork and Potatoes

  1. 3 potatoes (200~250g )(peel and reduce into bite sizes)
  2. 1/3 carrot (peel and chop into chunks)
  3. 1 onion (peel and slice thinly)
  4. 100 g pork (rub 1 Tbsp sake within it and leave for 15 mins)
  5. one Tbsp sake (not which includes sake used for the pork)
  6. two Tbsp mirin
  7. 2 teaspoon sugar
  8. 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  9. 300 ml water
  10. 4 g bonito flakes (wrap up in the kitchen paper or put in the tea bag)

  1. Put all ingredients in a weed, put a little drop lid directly upon the food (you can substitute together with aluminum foil or kitchen paper, lower into the size of inner pot)

  2. Put on a pot’s lid and turn on the medium sized heat. Once it begins to the simmer, skim from the foam if this rises on the surface, take away from the pan’s lid, lower the temperature (low), and keep simmering for fifteen mins.

  3. Let it interesting to let the taste soak directly into the vegetables. Just before eating, temperature again and cook until the solution is almost gone.
