    Preheat oven to 425F
    Take a pan and whisk the ova and almond milk jointly
    Preheat medium fry pan on medium with coconut oil
    Add green spinach, garlic, onions, mushrooms, in addition to cilantro into the fry pan
    Cook for 5-6 min until tender
