Recipes Pancake With Fillings (Apam Balik)

  1. FIRST STEP
  2. 250 grams self raising flour
  3. 3/4 tsp baking powder
  4. 50 grams sugar
  5. 100 ml milk
  6. 200 ml water
  7. 30 grams melted butter
  8. 1 tsp yeast
  9. SECOND STEP
  10. 3 eggs
  11. 30 grams sugar
  12. FILLINGS OPTION
  13. 1 cup roughly crushed peanut
  14. 2 cup creamy sweetcorn
  15. 2 tbsp grated dark chocolate
  16. 1 tbsp brown sugar

  1. FIRST STEP,,,,, Mix up flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk then decrease add water bit by bit plus whisk to mix well

  2. Add in melted butter and whisk well then add in yeast plus mix well and let it rest for 20 to 30 minute

  3. SECOND STEP,,,,,, Add Beaten eggs and brown sugar and whisk to mix well

  4. On a non stick pan in low heat add half off the batter and wait for the surface to start to created little craters about 10 minutes based on the thickness of the pancake

  5. Add drain 4 to 5 tbsp of creamy sweetcorn and top with 4 to 5 tbsp of crushed peanut then cover lid for another five minutes then off heat then put additional 1 tsp of brown sugar

  6. Optional additional add on grated dark chocolate

  7. Plate it and flod into half and function by slicing into quarters

  8. Slice up pancake with creamy sweetcorn, peanut and darkish chocolate

  9. PANCAKE WITH CREAMY SWEETCORN AND PEANUT FILLINGS (SLICE UP )
