  1. 435.00 gr white grain
  2. 100 gr pineapple, cut to taste
  3. 150 gr various meats (beef, chicken, shrimp etc… ), cut to taste
  4. just one egg, made screwed up
  5. 30 gr cashew nuts, roasted/oven
  6. something like 20 gr raisins
  7. 50 gr pumpkin, cut into small squares
  8. 50 gr thread bean, cut to taste
  9. 4 cloves garlic herb, finely chopped
  10. 30 grms onion, thinly chopped up
  11. 2 leeks, cut into 1 cm parts
  12. 1/2 tsp ginger, grated/chopped finely
  13. 55 ml coconut whole milk
  14. 1 Tbsp curry powder
  15. 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  16. 2 Tbsp seafood sauce
  17. 1/2 Tbsp tomato sauce
  18. .25 tsp pepper dust
  19. to taste Sugar and salt
  20. Vegetable oil / olive oil for frying
  21. COMPLEMENTARY INGRED.:
  22. just one red chili, chopped up
  23. 1 tbsp fried shallots
  24. 2 sections celery

Recipes Thai Pineapple Fried Rice (KHAO PHAD SAPPAROT)

  1. Heat a little oil and saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant. Add all meat, carrots, pineapple, plus string bean. Cook until the veggies soften.

  2. Add white rice, curry powder plus scrambled eggs then mix well. Add thick coconut milk, stir again.

  3. Then put cashews, raisins and chives. Stir well.

  4. Get into sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder and salt. Change taste.

  5. Serve with a sprinkling of fried shallot, red pepper and celery.
