  1. 1/2 glass butter, softened
  2. 1/2 glass sugar
  3. 2 egg whites
  4. 1 tsp vanilla (I use a bit extra)
  5. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate bars chips
  6. 1/2 cup most purpose flour

  1. Preheat stove to 400°F. Grease four cookie sheets.

  2. Cream butter and sugars in large bowl till light and fluffy. Blend in flour. In clean, dried out bowl, beat egg whites until frothy. Blend in to butter mixture with vanilla.

  3. Using the teaspoon, place 4 mounds of dough 4 ins apart on each of your prepared biscuit sheet. Spread with little spatula dipped in water in order to 3 inches diameter.
