  1. 2 tbsp olive oil
  2. 4 tsp jerk seasoning from recipe below
  3. 2 each limes, juiced
  4. 4 chicken bosoms

  6. 4 tbsp mayonnaise – notice my profile for a free-from recipe*
  7. 2 ripe mango, peeled, stoned and sliced
  8. 2 tomatoes, sliced
  9. as needed shredded lettuce
  10. Jerk Spices
  11. 2 tbsp black peppercorns, toasted
  12. 2 tsp allspice berries, toasted
  13. 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  14. 1 tbsp salt
  15. 1 tbsp dried thyme
  16. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  17. 1/2 tsp floor nutmeg
  18. 1 bay leaf

  1. Crush the particular jerk seasoning ingredients along with a pestle and mortar or combine them within a spice grinder. A person can multiply the formula and store the spices in a sealed container
