  1. 350 grms cassava, boiled
  2. 75 grms tempeh, finely chopped
  3. a single leek, thinly sliced
  4. Oil for frying
  5. GROUND SPICES
  6. 3 cloves garlic
  7. 1 red red onion
  8. 3 red peppers (to taste)
  9. 2 lime finds
  10. 1 piece Kencur (size of the tip of a finger)
  11. Flavoring ( optional )
  12. to taste Sugar and even salt

Recipes Cassava Fine Fried (POLUS)

  1. Puree cassava and mix with chopped tempeh and leek in the bowl.

  2. Add the ground spices and mix well, then shape the dough into oval.

  3. Fry all the dough until golden, drain.

  4. Ready to be enjoyed with green sauce or cayenne pepper.
