  1. .5 kg pork slice into cubes
  2. 4 tbsp olive oil
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 kg tomato plants
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 bay leaf
  7. 2 cloves garlic

  1. Cut pork into cubes, getting up to the fat off the pork while possible. Fry the pork cubes right up until browned.

  2. Chop the red onion and crush the garlic then put to the pork in the baking pan

  3. Peel and dice the tomatoes and add to typically the frying pan then season with sodium and add the bay-leaf

  4. Cook over the low heat until typically the pork is tender and the marinade has thickened (this usually takes around. 25 – 30 mins).
