  2. 240 ml boiling water
  3. 480 ml full fat coconut milk
  4. 100 grams smooth brown sugar
  5. 60 ml maple syrup
  6. 1 tbsp cinnamon
  7. 1 tsp xanthan chewing gum
  8. 1 tsp vanilla substance

  1. Add oats to boiling water plus microwave on high for 1 moment

  2. Add all other elements and mix well – do not really drain any unabsorbed water

  3. Allow to cool then churn within ice cream maker for 15 — 30 minutes

  4. Minus a good icecream maker, pour the mixture directly into a freezer container and stir this every 20 minutes until it gets to your desired consistency
